Q. How many people can reside in this serviced apartment?

Ans- We have 3 furnished rooms with queen beds thus we can accomodate at most 5 adults and 2 children in this apartment.


Q. What are the room cleaning schedules ?

Ans- We have the apartment cleaned up three times a week. This is generally done before noon.


Q. Can we book for a house help during our stay ?

Ans- Yes, you may book for a 12 hour house help during your stay only if you are staying with us for more than 30 days. This comes at an additional cost. There is a staff room and staff toilet, just opposite the main door of the apartment.


Q. Are extra beds available?

Ans- No. We do not provide any extra beds.


Q. Can we bring in our own furniture?

Ans- No. You are not allowed to bring your own furnitures.


Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Ans- We do not distinguish between smoking and non-smoking rooms. However we do not prefer guests smoking in our apartment. They can use the balcony if required.


Q. Can we keep pets?

Ans- No, pets are not allowed in our serviced apartment.


Q. Is housekeeping service included in the rent?

Ans- Yes. Room cleaning, bedmaking, changing of linen and towel service twice weekly is included. Laundry (Dry cleaning charge) would be separate


Q. Are there TV programs in English?

Ans- Yes. We have subscriptions to major channels.


Q. Are there supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighborhood?

Ans- Yes, stores for daily needs are within walking distance from our service apartment.


Q. Are we allowed to rent this service apartment for short durations?

Ans- Yes, however minimum short stay is 5 days . We do not take in guests who intend to stay lesser than 5 days.


Q. What are the check out / check in timings?

Ans- The check in time is 12 Noon while the check out time is 11 A.M.


Q. Can we extend our stay?

Ans- Extending your stay is possible subject to availability, if you need to extend your stay please contact reservations on +91 8017 877 107 or +91 8017 877 207. If the apartment is unavailable, we can offer guest rooms at our Marble Palace Guest House. When booking, if you are aware you might want to extend your stay, please let our reception know to avoid disappointment.


Q. What is provided in the kitchenette?

The kitchenette is fully equipped with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Your kitchen will have a ceramic domino hob, a combination microwave and RO Water purifier, a fridge/freezer unit, dish washing sink and a kettle. We also provide the cooking gas in case you want to cook.


Q. Do we need to pay a security deposit?

Yes , we do require you to keep a security deposit which will be discussed with you while booking . This is to ensure any damage due to misuse or loss of key is covered.


Q. Can we pay during departure?

No. Full Payment is required at the time of booking OR prior to check-in. The payment terms are listed before you make your booking and also detailed in your confirmation email.
